Novacaine Festival has unveiled a major expansion of its 2026 lineup, bringing an impressive collection of modern metal, alternative rock and punk acts to Corporation in Sheffield.
The latest announcement marks another milestone for the UK’s rapidly growing new music discovery festival, which is also celebrating the venue’s 25th anniversary.
Following the first lineup reveal on April 30, when As Everything Unfolds were confirmed as the festival’s headliner alongside TropicGold, TheCityIsOurs and FOXHAUNT, the organizers have now added another five exciting names to the bill.
Joining the lineup are Hacktivist, pioneers of a powerful fusion of djent and nu metal, alternative rock outfit Glass Bridges, technical metalcore force The Mechanist, emotionally charged punk rock band The Heir Apparition and pop punk openers WNSDY AT 7.
With these additions, the festival now offers an even broader musical spectrum, combining crushing modern metal, soaring alternative rock melodies and energetic punk performances.
Only one final act remains to be announced before the complete lineup is officially finalized.
Festival promoter Scott O’Shea shared his enthusiasm for this year’s event:

By bringing together rising artists from across the modern rock and metal spectrum, the festival continues to highlight the bands that could become tomorrow’s headline acts.
