Fok ‘bs’ began his journey in music and DJ culture in 1983 at the youth club Arche Noah in Frauenaurach (Erlangen), a venue that is still active today.
This early experience laid the foundation for a lifelong connection to underground rock culture.
Print roots in the metal scene
From 1986 to 1994, he was active in several Greek metal magazines, including the Greek edition of Metal Hammer.
This period marked his transition from DJ culture into music journalism and the wider metal community.
Radio Highway Pirates
In January 2020, he founded Radio Highway Pirates, combining decades of experience in DJ culture, radio production, and music journalism into a single platform.
Radio beginnings
In the early 90s, he moved into radio production, launching his first show Rock Heart.
This was the starting point of his long-term work in radio broadcasting.
Behind the decks
Since 1992, Fok ‘bs’ has been working as a DJ in rock clubs and bars across Athens, Sifnos, and Erlangen.
His appearances include venues such as:
