The off kilter anthemic five-piece also release their contagious new single, ‘Tip Of The Spear‘, out everywhere on Friday 8th November.
The early seeds of TIBERIUS were sown ten years ago, and since then, the Edinburgh based intricate rockers have released two Eps, 2015’s self-titled debut EP and 2017’s ‘The Beautiful Ones‘, in addition to their debut album, ‘A Peaceful Annihilation‘, which dropped in 2020.
Despite being released on the eve of a COVID lockdown, their debut album notched up strong support from broad sections of the media, as well as their ever-growing fanbase.
The record has enabled the rampant riff merchants to secure prominent slots on prestigious line-ups throughout the UK and Europe, including but not limited to, RADAR Festival and Euroblast.
Along the way, TIBERIUS have also shared stages with the likes of The Contortionist, Twelve Foot Ninja, Galactic Empire, and many more.
TIBERIUS are now set for their next chapter with the release of their eight-track sophomore album ‘Singing for Company‘.
The record is a shift for the evolving quintet, which sees them pushing the boundaries more than ever.
The album incorporates deeply intriguing elements of prog metal, the hooks of rock, and the drive and bite of metalcore.
‘Singing for Company‘ is as masterful as it is alluring;
a thoughtful release, it has been carefully crafted to allow each track to have its own space and voice.
The Scots now have a more refined style complete with mature songwriting and a distinctive identity which all aids in the creation of TIBERIUS’ best work to date.
The band remark:
“We are so eager to share with you the evolution of our sound, which comes with the same snarky lyrical content and genre-bending motifs fans have come to expect.”
Armed with their highly impressive new album, a slew of content which will follow during the coming months, and a barrage of live performances on the way, TIBERIUS will break out to dizzying heights in 2025.
