“We wanted to create a song that truly makes you forget your sorrow and encourages people to sing along. We all know sorrow, and we all know music, so it’s a universally relatable feeling. When we sat down with our instruments for our writing session, we envisioned crafting a song for LiveAid or an imaginary Woodstock. Influenced by classics like Queen’s ‘We Will Rock You,’ which is accessible to everyone, we designed the verses to be airy and chill, building up to an energetic burst in the chorus. And of course, Mister E & The Mysteries love a bombastic outro, so we created one that you’d want to listen to for hours.”
