Lenox Hills, is a dynamic indie rock band hailing from Nashville.
They are thrilled to announce the release of their latest single, ‘Lights Off’.
Known for their raucous yet nuanced sound, Lenox Hills has been making waves in the indie rock scene since their formation in 2017.
The band was founded by brothers Luke (vocals) and Packy Mullin (guitar), alongside childhood friends Kyle Swenson (drums) and Kameron Dunn (bass), all of whom share a deep bond rooted in their shared upbringing in the Lenox Hills neighborhood of Cleveland, Tennessee.
Lenox Hills brings a unique blend of high-energy performances and deeply emotional music, constantly pushing the boundaries of their sound.
Whether shaking their amps until the casings crack or revealing the vulnerable undercurrents that seep into every corner of their music, Lenox Hills ensures their music never remains static.
Their ability to maintain rhythmic momentum and incorruptible rock aspirations, even in quieter moments, sets them apart as a band to watch.
‘Lights Off‘ is a poignant exploration of a toxic relationship, where one party seems to want the other only when it benefits their public image.
Luke Mullin, who penned the lyrics on a flight from Las Vegas to Nashville, was inspired by the juxtaposition of the city’s flashy exterior with an underlying sense of materialism.
This contrast drove him to translate the concept into a song about a romantic relationship.
“We recorded this song in our home in Nashville with producer and engineer Logan Matheny (Colony House, Judah & The Lion),”
says Luke.
“We did post-production with Brendan St. Gelais, mixed with John Catlin (The Killers, Inhaler), and mastered with Brian Lucey (Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys).”
With ‘Lights Off‘, Lenox Hills continues to establish themselves as your friendly neighborhood rock band, constantly evolving and just getting started on their musical journey.
