Leadfeather has released their latest single ‘Shoot For The Stars‘.
This single is their fourth release from the forthcoming EP that`s due for a February the 14th release.
A song with a real funky groove, mixing the heavy groove of Zeppelin and a the modern feel of Dirty Honey/Rival Sons.
The ‘Roll The Dice‘ EP has 6 tracks in total.
Earlier on Leadfeather had released their third single, ‘Higher‘.

‘Danger Zone’
Seems you cant keep a good band down, as the guys from Leadfeather are back with the second single from their debut Ep out in February 2025. After releasing their debut single ‘Roll The Dice‘ only around three weeks ago, the guys released also single ‘Danger Zone‘. The band were featured on Classic Rock Magazines ‘Songs Of The Week‘, which got the most votes, beating the likes of The Struts and Devin Townsend.
Not bad for the bands debut single and without a massive profile in the big world of rock n roll. Once again the guys are very much channeling their Led Zeppelin vibe on this track, with Simon Hurts on his Les Paul, giving it the full 70s work out throughout the track.

Plenty of swagger, lashings of sway, all delivered with a ‘devil-may-care’ cool! Simon Hurts on lead dished out some exceptionally dexterous six-string picking, portraying the Eastwood-infused, rogue gunslinger perfectly – all glowering eyes shining out from deep within his hat brim shadow – whilst the rhythm section of Daniel Devis (bass) & Thanos (drums) ensured the foundations remained rock-solid, giving Apostolos an immovable, sure-footed platform from which to let loose volley after volley of soaring vocals, sometimes soulful, sometimes sinful, but all the time a treat for the ears…one of my fave rock vocalizers on today’s scene!”
Leadfeather is formed out of the ashes of Howlin May Queen and Hunted By Elephants.
Main guys Simon Hurts original from Los Angeles and Apostolos L originally from Greece, are clearly bringing out there inner Zeppelin with this debut track ‘Roll The Dice‘.
Formed in 2024 by guitarist Simon Hurts, Leadfeather is a high energy heavy rock band from London, UK.
Known for their electrifying live performances and powerful lyrics, the band draws influence from the late ‘60s and ‘70s blues and rock sound, while creating a unique and distinctive sound that resonates with both rock purists and new fans alike.
Even if a relatively new band, they managed to create a loyal following.
Their ep ‘Roll The Dice‘ is a powerful and passionate journey through love, loss and rebellion, out everywhere in 2025.
