Finnish death metal band Inborn Tendency released new single on September 29, 2023.
The new song is titled ‘Heritage’ and was created in collaboration with producer Juho Koskinen, known for his work with the band Marras, among others.
Hugo:
“We believe that the new production process with an external producer allowed us to incorporate elements into our music that we have been longing for. ‘Heritage’ will be a milestone for our band in many ways, and we look forward to the audience’s opinions on the song.”
The song, through its thought-provoking lyrics that have become a trademark for the band, addresses the ongoing generational issues and their repetitive nature.
Ville:
“The lyrics for the new single had been in the drawer for a while, and when we completed the pre-production of ‘Heritage,’ it was clear that this is the song where the lyrics fit!”
Producer Juho Koskinen handled the mixing and mastering, and the cover art is the work of Henri Tervapuro, who has become a regular contributor.
The song is released in collaboration with the Finnish record label Inverse Records.
