GRIMMGENT:
“Almost every song gets the juices flowing in some way, whether it’s getting ready to mosh your heart out or get drawn into a highly emotional track”
Devils Gate Music:
“Play It Loud!”
German Rockers Bruhilde are back with a bang with the new single ‘Hit And Run’.
Following the recent announcement that past release ‘Where Are You Going’ received a Spotify award for reaching over 100,000 streams German rockers Brunhilde are set to release a brand new single ‘Hit And Run’ this month.
Taken from the new album, due later on this year this track has a chorus that is immediately catchy, wetting the appetite for the highly anticipated third album from the band.
The album will be recorded in their own Streetlife Studios and be produced by Charlie Bauerfeind (Helloween, Blind Guardian).
“The decision to release ‘Hit And Run’ as the first single was – as with all decisions that Brunhilde makes – primarily a gut decision,”
explains charismatic frontwoman Caro.
“The lyrics actually came to me very quickly, almost like an inspiration. At that moment, I was very upset about a close relative and something boiled up inside me. I simply had to put the subject on paper and work it into a song. It’s now out of the way for me, which was really necessary!”
Caro continues:
“It’s about a person who is massively manipulated in all his thoughts and actions. He is unable to turn his head on and apologize for his mistakes and shameful actions, let alone take responsibility for them.”
‘Hit And Run’ is slated for release on 16th February 2024.
