This is far more than just another release – it’s a full-scale sonic journey, produced and mixed by the legendary Thomas ‘Plec‘ Johansson (Opeth, Soilwork, Mayhem), designed to challenge perceptions and stir introspection.
‘Above the Noise‘ marks a sonic metamorphosis for Sight of Emptiness – a nine-track odyssey that dives deep into the human psyche, channeling emotion, tension, and release into a powerful, cathartic experience.
As the band celebrates its 20th anniversary, this milestone album stands as both a reflection and a revelation – a bold statement of evolution from one of Latin America’s most pioneering metal acts.
‘Above the Noise‘ reaffirms Sight of Emptiness’ reputation for breaking conventions and pushing the genre’s creative limits, all while staying fiercely true to their vision.
