ELECTRON are braced to break out with the release of their towering new EP, ‘Hollow’, which arrives on Friday 24th May.
The highly-rated modern metalcorers will also unveil their new single, ‘Burning Inside’, on Friday 9th February.
Formed in 2022 and emerging from the pits of the underground London music scene, ELECTRON’s deeply engaging sound has been described as a hybrid of riff-driven metal laced with soaring dark grungy melodies, wrapped with a fresh modern metal outlook.
With a breadth of influences stemming from the grit of Black Sabbath to the diverse guile of Korn, and the contemporary allure of the Architects, ELECTRON’s appeal is vast, and their talent is undeniable.
The power trio’s debut album, ‘Defiance’, dropped last year and captured the imagination of the metal community, racking up critical acclaim both on a national and international level.
The band has been a consistent presence across major national radios, magazines and on Spotify Editorial Playlists.
Their music has been played and featured via Total Rock, Hard Rock Hell Radio, Bravewords, PowerPlay Magazine, Metalized, Metal Noise and Emerging Rock Bands, among many others.
The ascending riff slingers have also graced the nation’s highways and byways and have played a slew of stirring shows throughout England, culminating in a successful mini-UK album tour, with the final show supporting prog rock legends King Buffalo.
With the band’s ascension in full flow, ELECTRON decided to collaborate with Grammy Award nominee producer, Romesh Dodangoda, for a brand new five track EP, ‘Hollow’.
The highly impressive record is the three-piece’s best work to date, serving five absolutely monstrous cuts of delectable modern metal.
