‘Mia’
Finnish partypunks rock band from hell released their new single ‘MIA’ ahead of their European tour supporting Blind Channel.
On their brand new track the familiar partypunk sound from their debut album ‘Music for Late Night Activities’ meets break-neck-speed tempos, disco beats and a chorus hook that’ll undoubtedly be hummed into European night skies after the band’s sweat-soaked shows this spring.
“‘MIA’ is an ironic story of being fascinated with so called ‘red flags’ and chasing them as if they were green”
says singer and songwriter Jani Tillman.
The new single sees the band utilize less AutoTune and trap beats – both staples of their debut’s sound – in favour of a more straight up unapologetic partypunk approach.
Nonetheless they still hit you with a massive modern wall of sound, perfected with their trusted producer Aleksi Kaunisvesi.

rock band from hell released P!nk cover and details of British tour with Blind Channel.
It’s been an eventful 2023 for the party-punkers of rock band from hell from the northern Finnish coastal town of Oulu:
record deal, debut album and first tour through Finland.
All of which proved such a success they secured an opening slot on Blind Channel’s European tour in March and April.
In their music they combine their refreshingly youthful punk attitude and modern sounds á la Fall Out Boy with their personal enamourment with AutoTune and trap beats.
After releasing their debut album ‘Music for Late Night Activities’ and hit single ‘Love Me Til I Die’ they’re now back with a fresh take on the P!nk classic ‘So What’.
“This song’s been with us since we were young. It’s always been a song of personal empowerment and a confidence booster for us. It was only logical to release our own take on it”
explains singer and band leader Jani Tillman.
At the same time they’re eagerly looking forward to their first gigs in Europe.
“A dream”
Tillman confirms with glowing eyes.
While the members of rock band from hell might privately come across as the quietly polite and perfect son-in-laws, all bets – and t-shirts…! – are off once they hit the stage.
March and April see them bringing their headrush of a show to Europe for the first time.
Time to strap in for a sweat-soaked rollercoaster ride through their punk-party cosmos…
