“’The Most Mistaken Thing’ differs from my previously released songs”,
Sambasile said.
“This track is about a love story that came to a bad end, it’s about suffering and arrogance. I’ve composed this song by chance, one night, while I was sitting on my couch with a guitar in my hand; I’ve decided to keep the acoustic guitar on the final version of the song in order to convey the feeling of loneliness and reflection I’ve experienced while writing it.”
